How can you guarantee my privacy?

We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Our Client and Specialist profiles are all anonymised until both parties are ready to commence work. Clients can browse the platform invisibly, whilst Specialist profiles are kept as discrete as possible. No one can access the platform without first being approved by SmartBuyer – Our Experts are fully aware of our Compliance Policy as part of their onboarding, and are vetted before being published.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

You pay a very small £99 monthly membership fee which covers access to the Marketplace and our unique hands-on support to really maximise the benefits.

How much does it cost?

Our rates vary dependent on the nature of support you require, they are very competitive at about 50% of the cost of a consultancy.

What is an Hourly?

An Hourly is a description of the kinds of services our Specialists can offer. These would include a list of topics the Specialist would be happy to discuss during an initial hourly consultation, coupled with a list of further follow up activities should you wish to engage them for longer.
